P.R: My passion for wellness started as a deeply personal journey. When I launched Uevolution, my focus was on creating a space where people could empower themselves through fitness and community. Over time, I realized that wellness is much more holistic—it’s not just about movement but also about how we nourish our bodies and minds every day. After closing Uevolution, I wanted to channel everything I had learned into a new venture. Founding More. Longevity & Wellbeing became the natural progression of that vision, allowing me to provide clean, science-backed solutions that help people feel their best from the inside out.
